There are Five Sponsorship Levels

1) TOURNAMENT SPONSOR $5,000*

As Tournament Sponsor your company name will be on a 12-foot banner at the tournament, on brochures, on flyers and our newsletter.
This is the way in which your company name will be displayed:
“The Company Name SHARE-A-LIFE Golf Invitational”

2) TITANIUM SPONSOR $2,000*
3) GOLD SPONSOR $1,000*
4) SILVER SPONSOR $700*
5) BRONZE SPONSOR $350

Sponsorship Benefits

• Your gift allows all other fees to directly benefit LifeCare ministry.
• Your sponsorship is listed and given to every golfer and prominently displayed on a banner at the tournament.
• Your sponsorship is listed in LifeCare’s newsletter, which is distributed to over 3,800 households.
• Sponsorships of $700 or more, automatically qualifies you for a complimentary foursome.
