From East Raleigh, Knightdale, Wendell, Zebulon, Wake Forest, Rolesville, Fuquay-Varina, and Garner (traveling on 440 Beltline):
Take I-440 N toward North Raleigh. Take the Wake Forest Rd. exit - Exit 10. Turn right (north) onto Wake Forest Rd. and travel one block. From North Raleigh:
Take Falls of the Neuse Rd going south towards Downtown. Falls of the Neuse Rd. will become Wake Forest Rd. Pass the North Raleigh Hilton on your right. Make a right turn at the next traffic light onto Navaho Dr. (Denny's Restaurant is on corner of Wake Forest Rd. and Navaho Dr.) The first office building on the right is the Pinewood Building and the address is 1001 Navaho Dr. LifeCare is in suite 101.
